Pretty sure they calculated the average usage of water based on total actual usage divided by official population numbers.
Same as gasoline, they took the total amount of gasoline sold and divided by the official population numbers. There aren’t actually an extra amount of water and gasoline used that haven’t been accounted for.
And as far as I know, the water and gasoline was paid for, especially the gasoline. Even illegals pay for them at the pump. So no, there weren’t using “our” gasoline, they were using the gasoline they paid for.
There is a difference between not wanting illegals, to making up stuff about them because you don’t want them.

Tell me, if you have a finite number of resources, power, water, fuel, supplies, food, housing etc, it's perfect ok for tens of millions to enter the country illegally and consume all these resources?
Immigration exists to serve the nation and its citizens, not the immigrants.
If the immigrants, or in this case, invaders, bring nothing the nation or its citizens need they should turned away and told to go elsewhere.
IF they try to force their way or sneak into the country they should be stopped rather more forcefully.

Bull s**t. Who gives 2 chets if they pay for it? In places like CA they demand everyone cut back on these finite resources like water, and electricity etc, as illegals flood the state. Not to mention they consume housing, rentals, jobs, jam the highways, choke off the schools, jails, hospitals, etc. BTW, what ever they pay for does not even come close the what they consume. Or is it all about "Profits regardless of consequences"?
