This was another one of those stories I wanted to write about but wanted to wait for the shoes to drop and drop they have.
You might remember the story Biden told about a 10-year-old rape victim (no, Hunter wasn’t involved this time) who became pregnant and had to cross state lines from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion.
“On Monday three days after the Supreme Court issued its groundbreaking decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist, took a call from a colleague, a child abuse doctor in Ohio,” the piece began. “Hours after the Supreme Court action, the Buckeye state had outlawed any abortion after six weeks. Now this doctor had a 10-year-old patient in the office who was six weeks and three days pregnant.”A good amount of skepticism grew because no one was able to validate the story, which came from a solitary source- Dr. Caitlin Bernard. And you know how Biden lies about everything. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost cagily said that no such case had been reported anywhere in the state.
“There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this,” Yost said Monday while explaining that there were no cases in the state involving a 10-year-old rape victim which matched the details of this story.He was careful not to say that it was a false story, just that nothing had been reported.
It turns out that the story is true, but there’s a lot more to it.
Bernard, who performs abortions in Indiana, took the case on a referral from a doctor in Ohio- a doc ignorant of the law. I am wondering about her transport across state lines.
So why was this buried for so long? One guess.

No doubt, there are hundreds of such stories about underage rape victims, but they’re occurring with the illegal immigrants coming into the U.S. through the southern border. Many of those rape victims are underage, and many will be looking for abortions. Will democrats try to hide those too, if they haven’t already done so?
The doctor who referred, the doctor who performed, the nurses and the social workers involved all have a duty to report cases of abuse even if only suspected. They should all lose their licenses and end up in jail.
Who took her across state lines? Was it her parents or someone else?
The girls is very likely an illegal as well. Probably related to the rapist. This is why the Rats didn’t want to give details.
Hoax or not, this one stupid issue is the only thing that has kept the demopoop party alive for the past half century. I wish I’d never heard of it.

It probably was still a hoax. I no longer believe in coincidences. The day after the Ohio AG says they have no record of any such case... the next morning they go lock up this illegal alien.
That is IF he is real and not some random mugshot of someone they deported long ago.
I half expect them to find a kilo of cocaine in his car and his confession in his suicide note.
We are no longer in a trust situation with the government.
I am not in any way faulting you for saying “if only suspected” and get why you wrote that.
I would like to emphasize that in the case of a ten-year-old, abuse can’t be just suspected, it is a legal fact, and those obligated to report it should have a lot of explaining to do as to why they did not. Their failure to do so, if true, is unconscionable and *should* be a major scandal. It is not only a matter of justice for that poor little girl, but of allowing a child rapist to remain at large to abuse other little girls.

The way this is written, it makes it sound like this young girl is an adult... she is obviously not. The part that is disturbing is that just because this was a ‘rape of a child’, the abortion is positioned as being justified. At no point is there any mention of the fact that the end result of all this is that a young girl now not only carries the scars of a rape but the scars of murdering the unborn baby within her.
Probably the daughter of his live in girlfriend ...
