I just read Julie Kelly’s article in American Greatness. It makes the FBI look really bad. So bad the organization needs to be gutted. Faking a kidnap plot by ‘egging on’ participants so that they can blame Trump just before the election. Whitmer played along. She’s the age of a suburban housewife, the target voter. Just before the election. Pretty disgusting if not smart.
The next GOP house will have to hit hard and soften them up for the next POTUS. Firing a hundred agents won’t do. Will they do it? History says no.

I haven't followed the case that closely, but something smelled badly when the story broke. The governor was never in any danger. That is my take away..

Since the various agencies appear to be running assorted ops against the populace, one has to inquire as to the usefulness of said agency. It’s one thing if the op is legit but totally altogether another to be targeting law abiding and freedom loving citizens.
The reason this sort of thing has to be followed here and elsewhere is that we have no free press.
In the past, journalists advancing their careers would take these things and get a following for episodically digging deeper and deeper into corruption, However, we not have a leftist monolith in the media -- investigators of leftist corruption are frozen out and starved. Fox and others like it are jokes running milk-toast versions of reporting.

The FBI agents and Whitmer need to be charged
From kidnapping a state governor to falsifying evidence to a FISA court to spy on a sitting President.
What more could you want from the most powerful law enforcement agency in our government?
If the FBI isn’t framing people and killing innocents they aren’t happy. It is a criminal gang of thugs to protect the swamp.

So would the next step be the lawsuits against Whitmer and the FBI?
The plot is so stupid that I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole mess of them were Robert Creamer type actors paid to stage this “built to fail plot” before the election, and were promised that once the election is over and there was no news value / public interest left in pursuing the cases, that they would be let off one way or another (such as prosecutors deliberately throwing the cases) with nice checks or some form of payoff for their performances.
The FBI is now the dirty tricks operation of the DNC. In fact, it’s been so very busy fabricating crimes against republicans or anyone who dislikes big government, it has managed to screw up major real crime cases such as...
