On March 16, 2022, a Portland city council public meeting was trolled by actors mocking Mayor Ted Wheeler and the city's government.
Using their own talking points to make fun of them.
That was Cassidy Campbell and his sidekick. He has a YT channel and has done pranks for years.

The best part of this is that Ted and the gang will have to start listening to their constituents critically. The woke may start to sound to them as ridiculous as they actually are. They’ll have to sit there and wonder if they’re listening to a spoof, or just a fool. But Joanne Hsrdesty has the solution. Parameters. We needs us some parameters.
