Firefighters were extricating dozens of people from a battered high-rise condominium building near Miami on Thursday after part of the structure collapsed into a mammoth pile of rubble leaving at least one person dead, authorities said.
Raide Jadallah, assistant fire chief of operations for Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, said 35 people were pulled from the partially collapsed building at Champlain Towers South. Two more were rescued from the debris, he said. More than 80 technical and rescue teams were on the scene in Surfside, a few miles north of Miami Beach.

There are little flashes happening before both pieces go down but they are probably electrical wiring being torn apart causing sparks and flashes.

The Champlain Towers South Condo at 8777 Collins Ave is 40 years old. It was completed in 1981 with more than 100 units.
Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett confirmed that at least one person had died.
“The building is literally pancaked,” Burkett said. “That is heartbreaking because it doesn’t mean to me that we are going to be as successful as we wanted to be in finding people alive.”

JOHN McAfee who died today claimed he had been collecting files on government corruption and threatened they would be released if he ever died in social media posts years before his reported suicide.
The tech pioneer claimed in the 2019 tweets that “incriminating data” would be released if he was arrested or disappeared, as he said that those involved would be “crazy to kill me or collect me.”
He had previously claimed in social media posts that if he was ever found dead from suicide that he had not killed himself as he alleged US officials were targeting him.
35 people were pulled from the collapsed building so far. Search and rescue efforts ongoing.

Boy rescued was found by a guy walking his dog. He heard him. I noticed all night that no one appeared to even go to collapsed site. A passed by heard the kid. Wth?
The videos are showing that the foundation around the building still standing has pillars where the bottom 8 feet are white whereas above is painted. The entire foundation is sunk and on 45 degree angles. Even around pool is a very very deep inset. It’s like the ground dropped significantly.
I mean, how would McAfee digitize the files and upload to the cloud? I mean, it’s not like the guy knew anything about computers and whatnot...

McAfee sure was a kook, but a brilliant kook intertwined with spooks, clowns and (N)o (S)uch (A)gency because of his Anti-Virus/Security work. He knew where a lot of bodies were buried. His files were not in that building for sure. He was paranoid enough for there to be a dead mans switch. I expect to see them soon.

Given his stated distrust of \the cloud\ he would have copies ... and the whereabouts of those files will not be known completely. I expect some data to surface, given a week or two from his demise. He was a very samrt man and had extensive resources in materials and personnel.

Watched the video. Those are controlled demolitions. Pancaking is a good indication that the base was blown and the floors blown in sequence. The deep state masters will kill anybody and masses of anybodies who hinder their rule. We are at the end of the we the people America. ‘They’ are consolidating their control.
“It is speculated” means some guy with no info said it and now the conspiracy crowd is running with it like it’s true. Of course the mayor look surprised, people are dead and injured and some idiot is asking the stupidest most unrelated question imaginable.
