Bingo. Schroder is wrong here. That employee was polite, and was just trying to do his job. He didn’t need or deserve a lecture from Schroder. If Schroder doesn’t like the store’s policy (as goofy and as wrong as it may be), he should contact upper-level management. In the meantime, go shop somewhere else.

Same here - don’t want to wear a mask? don’t go in the stores that require a mask. Private business can make their own rules for things like this.
Berating some level-level employee to make a political point is low class in my opinion.
Don’t like costco’s rules, don’t shop at costco; pretty simple.
