The ruling in Pennsylvania is a landmark ruling for the Trump case, saying these mail-in ballots were an unconstitutional plot by the Governor to bypass the power of the legislature and the certification cannot be done. What was determined by Justice Patricia A McCullough is that the case against the changing of the voting rules to allow mail-in voting was not legal and has frozen the certification of PA Electors. She also stated later in her decision it is very likely Trump will win the ruling and his case can go forward. This is the Gettysburg of this Civil War as what she is saying is that you cannot change an election with some type of state emergency like the virus to completely change the security of an election. This does not have anything to do with voter fraud, although it goes to the heart of why the election was changed, but addresses the importance of having rules and laws which are voted on by the people or their representatives rather than a politically motivated Governor and Secretary of State.
She realizes as a judge if she simply determines whether or not you have a state emergency you still have laws determining how a vote is conducted. In Pa those laws are clearly stated in their constitution and any changes to those rules have to go through the state legislation as well as have notices printed in the newspapers 60 days prior to the election. What it basically says is the people have a say through their representatives before any election changes are made so this election now has to go back to the legislature and then signed by the Governor. Basically, the Governor and SOS completely invalidated those mail in votes and fixing them is next to impossible short of a special election or the legislature voting for the electors which is the plan B of the Federal Constitution.
The bottom line of this ruling is the twenty electors given to Senile Joe are not going to be allowed until the case is settled and she indicated strongly it is going to favor Trump. She wrote, “Additionally, petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed.”
The complication with this case is for some arcane reason the PA legislature takes the month of December off and they will have to call a special session to make this happen. With the stakes of the outcome is there likely will be a session if the people push hard enough on their representatives to stop this fraud.
This is the ruling the legal team has been looking for since it can be copied in all the states who randomly called an emergency mail-in ballot. Are they going to change the vote every time there is a national or natural disaster? Are you going to change the vote when there is a war or a hurricane and how does opening your election to massive fake votes help the disaster? The only disaster these states were actually claiming is Donald J Trump was president and he had to be removed at all costs. And they mean at all costs.
The power of this ruling cannot be stated strong enough. This women who is getting rape and death threats against her and her family 24/7/365 has the potential and precedent if ruled in Trump’s favor to turn over up to ten to twelve states and render the election null and void which is the correct solution.
If you have one fake vote it is one too many and this one has the potential of millions of fake votes. If there are millions or even thousands of corrupted votes in the count, then the entire count is corrupted which is what this ruling address from the formation of the new voting system.
The system Democrat Governor Wolf set up was the easily corrupted system he could devise. He knows intimately how the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh vote machines work and how to make them even more effective. He knew a flood of these unmarked and barely marked ballots could by forged and stuffed to make sure they did not have a Hillary 2016 and eliminate those glitches of too many Trump votes to manufacture, or so he thought.
Once the avalanche of Trump votes swamped PA with an 800,000-vote lead, they did not know what to do so they ordered the stoppage of counting. This was the first time in history they stopped counting the night of the election and stopped it in six states. Why would you stop counting unless you were buying time to process more ballots? There is no actual proof of these fake ballots since election fraud you do not mark fake ballots as fake, but there are mountains of circumstantial ballots and some witnesses seeing ballots arriving through the back door in boxes and trash cans.
None of this has a direct tie to the ruling and will not be evidence, this is why you have rules and laws for an election. This is why Trump and his army has to double down on this election or there will never be a fair election again. If we agree or get badgered into agreeing to the election with the, “where’s the evidence?” chant, there will never be anything resembling democracy in America, it will be over.
This ruling is a handhold to climb this mountain and overturn this injustice. If Trump can and will win this case and have the electors frozen it will be a steppingstone for the other states who have similar Constitutions and the Federal Constitution which is just as clear the state legislators decide election law. There is nothing clearer than that and if it were bypassed these mail in votes are illegal due to not being approved by the people who would never agree to this potential for malfeasance.
There is a reason most states and countries do not have mail-in votes and the exact same reason the DNC wants them. Only one Party believes it is fine to cheat and break the law if it will give you power over people. Only one Party has to lie and cheat to get elected and the other depends on the people to vote for ideas they agree with and understand they will help their lives become better. One Party has to make you vote against your own well being as a sort of penance into goodness and when there are not enough suckers to do that require election fraud and ballot box stuffing. This is why these lawsuits are so important and this one goes to the heart of the crisis.
Continue to pray for President Trump, his legal team and the wisdom and courage of the judges and legislators who are having threats against them 24/7 and will become more vile as the days move forward. This was their first real win and can be the foundation for many more to save Lady Liberty from the swamp creatures.

I believe the judge said the injunction stayed in place because it was LIKELY that the absentee ballot excuse changing would be ruled unconstitutional.

From the day this started, I’ve stated that the 3%(if there is such a thing anymore) can have this whole thing solved in a week or so. All it needs is one person to step and lead the way. And I mean, one person who is in a position that they can’t just willy-nilly be rolled up by the FBI for some BS. A person who is above having the FBI come to their home in the middle of the night with more folks than they used to take down Bin Laden.
I’m not saying this judge is that person. And it isn’t the President. Somewhere, that person exists. It ain’t me. It could be someone on here.

One needs to only look at Oregon to see that NO REPUBLICAN has been governor since 1987 when they made us vote by mail!
