To whom will the defendants in the case appeal, and what are the odds they will have this ruling overturned?

But Laura Ingraham said Trump should bow out gracefully about 2 weeks ago.

The complication with this case is for some arcane reason the PA legislature takes the month of December off and they will have to call a special session to make this happen

The PA Legislature is officially considered to be a "part-time" job.

I believe the judge said the injunction stayed in place because it was LIKELY that the absentee ballot excuse changing would be ruled unconstitutional.

I hope she has some legitimate security around her or folks that are willing to step up and provide it for her.

From the day this started, I’ve stated that the 3%(if there is such a thing anymore) can have this whole thing solved in a week or so. All it needs is one person to step and lead the way. And I mean, one person who is in a position that they can’t just willy-nilly be rolled up by the FBI for some BS. A person who is above having the FBI come to their home in the middle of the night with more folks than they used to take down Bin Laden.

I’m not saying this judge is that person. And it isn’t the President. Somewhere, that person exists. It ain’t me. It could be someone on here.

It could be, say, someone like General Michael Flynn. Because I’m betting the farm that if the General stood up, laid it all out there(because he knows it all) he’d have millions standing, not behind him, shoulder to shoulder with him.

ANTIFA/BLM, as brave as they think they are would be crushed.

That happens and all this bulls*t is over. Once and for all.

Wrong. It’s just a temporary injunction so that things stay the same until the court makes a decision.

One needs to only look at Oregon to see that NO REPUBLICAN has been governor since 1987 when they made us vote by mail!
MAIL IN VOTING NEEDS TO BANNED NOW.
Oregon has suffered greatly because of it!
A once great city of roses is now a third world city!
They even took down the stag statue!
These leftists that are trying to destroy the entire state need to be stopped.
No MIAL IN VOTING EVER AGAIN.

What a circus. If we depend on the PAGOP to handle this,it’s a lost cause.

Sorry but you've made a total hash of the legal issue.

The suit says Act 77, which expanded absentee voting, likely violates the PA constitution.

Act 77 was passed by a Republican majority of the PA House and Senate in October of 2019.

This suit and ruling has nothing at all to do with the SOS or Governor. It's saying the Republican PA legislature screwed up in passing unconstitutional legislation.

By the way, the judge is also clearly saying that in her opinion the state legislature's power to decide how electors isn't plenary - it's subject to the state constitution.
