If the votes were fractional, shouldn’t a hand count have been quite off?

Trust me, I’m THRILLED to get a good reason why.

I KNOW many fraudulent votes were counted.

But I’m saying the hand count should have been quite a ways off the second time.

The algorithm made the votes fractional, and then that meant that ballots for Trump needed to be destroyed and extra ballots were needed for Biden so the counts matched. This is where extra cheat-by-mail ballots were trucked in after "closing" to make sure the numbers matched.

This was a conspiracy that involved a lot of people.

This is why 5 states stopped all counting and "closed down" without any republican observers. They were busy destroying Trump ballots in a shredder and trucking in ballots for Biden.

I'm sure there were a flurry of texts/emails between the cheaters on how many ballots needed to be made in a hurry based on the cheat algorithm.

The Trump to Biden vote glitches were not reported in Georgia (the issue was ballot signatures, hence the audit request).

The vote glitches occurred in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. That’s where we need a proper count.

In PA, at 10pm election day, Trump had an enormous 800,000 vote lead. The Rats only outnumber Republicans 4 to 3 yet Biden was able to get 9 of every 11 votes that came in AFTER 10pm election day. You don’t need to be a statistician to realize that is massive fraud.

The Rats are trying to steal the election. They got caught.

If they are trucking ballots in through the back door, i'm pretty sure they are willing to force the numbers to come out when people are scrutinizing them.

The same people who would allow fake ballots would make certain the numbers came out right when doing a hand count. The major complaint about the Georgia ballots is that hundreds of thousands of them are claimed to have come in by mail, and no one has any idea if these are legitimate ballots or manufactured ballots.

All the methods of verifying these are legitimate ballots were not done, and so a hand recount of fake ballots will still yield approximately the same result as before.

Who was in charge of guarding the paper ballots post election day? Was it possible to remove Trump paper ballots and dump in Biden paper ballots before the re-count by hand began?

Was the hand count adequately observed by republican observers?

At the end of day, the MOST CRITICAL issues is that if mailed envelops were opened without adequate observation by republican observers, FAKE Biden ballots were already in the pile of paper ballots, to match the change in votes engineered by Dominion software.

In other words if Dominion added 10,000 fake electronic votes to Biden and 10,000 fake paper ballots were brought in by a truckload on early morning of Nov 4th, re-counts of any sort are meaningless.

The only recount with any meaning is audit of the envelops to match signatures. That will still not divulge machinations by Dominion software but it will uncover illegal ballots IF THERE IS A LIST OF LEGAL VOTERS to compare.

If it was done nation-wide - unless you assume the folks also successfully submitted a matching number of fraudulent ballots. I don’t think they are that coordinated.
