The algorithm made the votes fractional, and then that meant that ballots for Trump needed to be destroyed and extra ballots were needed for Biden so the counts matched. This is where extra cheat-by-mail ballots were trucked in after "closing" to make sure the numbers matched.
This was a conspiracy that involved a lot of people.
This is why 5 states stopped all counting and "closed down" without any republican observers. They were busy destroying Trump ballots in a shredder and trucking in ballots for Biden.
I'm sure there were a flurry of texts/emails between the cheaters on how many ballots needed to be made in a hurry based on the cheat algorithm.

Another FReeper said they just didn’t use fractional voting in GA. Perhaps they thought GA was safe.
