Who was in charge of guarding the paper ballots post election day? Was it possible to remove Trump paper ballots and dump in Biden paper ballots before the re-count by hand began?
Was the hand count adequately observed by republican observers?
At the end of day, the MOST CRITICAL issues is that if mailed envelops were opened without adequate observation by republican observers, FAKE Biden ballots were already in the pile of paper ballots, to match the change in votes engineered by Dominion software.
In other words if Dominion added 10,000 fake electronic votes to Biden and 10,000 fake paper ballots were brought in by a truckload on early morning of Nov 4th, re-counts of any sort are meaningless.
The only recount with any meaning is audit of the envelops to match signatures. That will still not divulge machinations by Dominion software but it will uncover illegal ballots IF THERE IS A LIST OF LEGAL VOTERS to compare.
