First reform is this whole “lying” to the FBI is a crime crap!
Unless someone is under oath and there statement is in writing then there is not crime.
The idea that they do not keep records or notes yet are able to send someone to prison on their word alone has to end.
I think most of us like Joe. He has never been wrong about what happened. He has just been wrong, like many others, about what the consequences would be.

Agreed! AND, be compensated by taxpayer $$ for all costs, and be awarded punitive damages personally paid by the defendants! Wipe out the defendant’s assets, sell the wife and children, keep the pets, etc. Oh, and prison time not to exceed 200 years.
