The Democrats don't have to cheat in the casting of ballots. They simply don't have to count the ballots at all. It's quite clever, and Professor Tribe, along with the U.S. Postal Service, provided the roadmap.
Democrats will push mail-in ballots, for voter safety, they say — as in it's safe to attend John Lewis's funeral without distancing, but try that for your own family member's funeral. The media will fan the flames with exaggerated case counts and deaths. Democrat governors will keep their subjects in fear with increasing mandates – masks, face shields, school and business shutdowns — such that everyone is afraid to leave his house for anything, including voting.
The Postal Service will conveniently shut down, unable to deliver the ballots. If some post offices remain open, they will misplace or lose ballots. If ballots cannot be delivered, they cannot be counted. The election will not be decided, not on election night, not the next day, next week, next month.
It will be a repeat of Al Gore's hanging chad story, with lawsuits and Soros-funded state and county officials unwilling to certify any election results. Democrats have been preparing for this scenario.
CNN reported, "Joe Biden's campaign is assembling hundreds of lawyers nationwide to monitor potential voting issues as part of its extensive voter protection efforts heading into the general election."
There will be mass chaos and confusion. The virus will be long forgotten, and the new narrative will be that there is no way to declare a winner as too many ballots were lost and unable to be counted.

I doubt this will happen, as people will see the poll votes as the vote.

IF the American sovereigns (we the people) do not yet comprehend how evil the demon rat party has become, with the controlled rioting and arson and looting, then America is lost and all we have left is the ammo box, because the demon rats have erased the value of the ballot box.
Nancy Pelosi, on at least one occasion simply “deemed” that a piece of legislation was passed. No vote required.
The Democrats will either “deem” Joe to be President or they will have the House “deem” someone else. I predict Michelle, who will do nothing while Barack gets his third term.
States that do not report their electoral votes simply miss out. Same for counties. the STATES will do the disenfranchising, not Trump.
The reason is obvious: steal the election.
And I still don’t see how a chaotic mess with the ballots will magically allow states to declare that they know the names of their new Senator, and their new Members of Congress, but gosh darn it, counting up the presidential votes is just too hard.
Seems to me that the chaos doesn’t work well for the states at all.

With almost 100 million ballots just floating around the fraud will be uncontrollable.
The prog will blame Trump saying it was all intentional and the mountains of counterfeit ballots must be counted and allowed.
They will also be wailing and moaning about “the popular vote” which in 2016 was fueled by illegal aliens voting, this is illegal aliens voting Godzilla style.
The progs will be screaming impeachment while all the communist media will chanting “biden won, biden won, biden won.”
The riots, burn-loot-murder, tee-tee terrorists, prog “gun clubs,” SJWs roaming the streets with guns “peacefully protesting” just might overwhelm a lot of PDs.
At that point 10 U.S.C. §§ 251–255; prior to 2016, 10 U.S.C. §§ 331–335; amended 2006, 2007 might be the only way to preserve the Republic.

The lone, hand made BIDEN/HARRIS sign nailed 20 feet up a phone pole has become a source of conversation in my hillbilly area.
I noticed yesterday that their ham radio operator neighbor, who often assists the DHS, has placed TRUMP signs in his yard.
Even though I’m broke and can’t afford gas to keep running back and forth, part of me desperately wants to see, day by day, what fate awaits that phone pole target.

Since Republicans will be more likely to vote on election day (or vote in person early), on November 4 the Democrats will know how many votes they need to change the outcome in the swing states. Then they can “find” the necessary ballots in the mail-in ballots. Maybe the postal workers will give them an assist by not returning ballots from heavily Republican neighborhoods.
The U.S. Postal Service aims for a performance standard of 96% in its delivery of first class mail. This means any state that allows voting by mail is effectively disenfranchising up to 4% of its mail-in voters.
For the life of me, I can’t imagine why anyone who is able to vote in person would even consider voting by mail.
I predict that BLM, Antifa and their ilk will go full tilt and attack and destroy polling places outright, attacking several at once across a city to make police intervention problematic.
One round of bird shot will remove the offense.
