I clicked on the ABC12 link, and it said this:
***Palmer’s punishment is up to a circuit court judge. Prosecutor Leyton said he could be handed anything from probation to serving the 10-years in prison.
Palmer will learn his sentence September 1st. ***
So hopefully, it won’t be probation only. It may still be, but I don’t think it’s been declared yet by the circuit court judge.
