o I guess this is how it’s going to be everywhere, for the foreseeable future: More than 1,200 current employees at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have signed a letter calling for the federal agency to address “ongoing and recurring acts of racism and discrimination” against Black employees, NPR has learned. In the letter, addressed to CDC Director Robert Redfield and dated June 30, the authors put their call for change in the context of the coronavirus pandemic’s disproportionate impact on Black people and the killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and Rayshard Brooks. NPR obtained a copy of the letter, which is published below. “In light of the recent calls for justice across this country and around the world, we, as dedicated public health professionals, can no longer stay silent to the widespread acts of racism and discrimination within CDC that are, in fact, undermining the agency’s core mission,” the letter reads. I pointed out here early on that the CDC web site had thousands of search hits for the terms diversity, transgender, and climate change. I see none of these as within the purview of the organization. All that content didn’t come cheap in time, money, or organizational focus.
And we wonder why the CDC’s poor performance on the pandemic?
We are a society of whiney two-year-olds. And we are catered to and given whatever it is we are whining about. Unless, of course, we are white heterosexuals — in which case, we get nothing. But that’s OK: we aren’t whiners.

Yep. Class warfare didn't work, so race takes its place, and "social justice" is just the replacement term for socialism (or communism), and "systemic racism" is the replacement term for capitalism. But the song remains the same.

Systemic racism, implicit bias, micro-aggressions. All terms which have no meaning and can only be seen/felt by a person-of-color. Kinda like a rabbit named Harvey.
They are basically calling for “utopia”.
Ain’t gonna happen. Every nation on the planet has a form of “systemic racism”. It’s just part of how we size people up on first impression.
And the events of the last decade suggest to me that blacks, as a race, have lower math and technology intellect and are more emotional than most races. Prove me wrong.
That is said a little tongue in cheek. I’ve worked in IT were a few black people and most of them were actually pretty sharp. The intersting thing, though, is that almost all the sharp ones were not raised in the US.
i.e. it’s really a “US black culture” thing. And this BLM crap is part of it. If you want your life to change, YOU have to change it be DESERVING to be treated better, AS AN INDIVIDUAL, not by rioting and just telling people they have to treat you differently.
IN business there is a rule: You want a promotion. You get it by “doing” the job you want to be promoted to. Demanding it will get you nowhere.
Are we to presume these wokes will resign so blacks can be hired?
All the emphasis schools are going to put on anti-racism is going to detract even further from real education. The result will be even worse outcomes for the kids. If your end goal is an ignorant, unemployable segment of the population, this is exactly how to proceed.
I am old enough to remember the scene in the musical South Pacific when they are singing “you’ve got to be carefully taught.” Evil democrats want out children to become racists when they have been simply friends for many years.

A few years ago, I flew into Atlanta on an international flight. As I moved through customs and security, I started noticing that ALL the people working for the TSA and Customs Dept were black. Seriously. ALL of them.
AFTER seeing enough to notice, I started counting. I made it to 65 before I finally saw one white lady. She was working on the outlet of the security re-check line.
Sure seemed to be some racism going on there.
This is more about racial supremacy than racial discrimination.
White heterosexuals do receive something: media-driven social abuse and goverment mandated reverse discrimination
Systemic Liberalism is the real disease.
