Fair Tax or something like it might be good. Doesn’t really help the whistleblower problem, but clearly the IRS is a powerful and corrupt body. We need an approach to taxation which is less susceptible to gamesmanship.
Basically it’s the Soviet Politburo and the KGB you’re up against.
Hardcore Nazis were rare, even when the 3d Reich was at its highest point. But, almost everyone joined the Nazi Party and helped that the party could infiltrate every institution in Germany. Germans couldn’t afford to do otherwise and they were encouraged to cash in on the rape of Europe. They did it willingly and with enthusiasm.
The Deep State are doing the same thing. They can’t stand up to the corruption even if they want to. Throw in the perks that come along with attacking the Republicans, they are more than happy to join in. We are on the same path and we may experience the same result.
Than the current administration should put out a message to come forward with info and have no fear of any retribution.

There is one thing and one thing ONLY that will fix this problem of officeholders with absolute authority and power but WITHOUT responsibility to the people and the law: You guessed it, we form up into county and state Militias, create courts Martial, and round ‘em up for trial BY LAW. Anything less and they laugh at you.

Appoint Mr. Henck IRS Commissioner and he can hire more that were forced out to set things right.

The country could be adequately funded via tariffs without having to go through one anothers pocketbooks, bank accounts, real property holdings and property tax files.
As Federal power has expanded so has the corrupt hands hoping to cash in. It’s supply and demand. The more loot and control Fedzilla gets the more susceptible it becomes to corruption. The solution is to take away its powers. This is precisely why the founders put in Article V and why we need to use it more than ever.
This same type of thing was being done to whistleblowers at the NSA, which is why Edward Snowden just dumped his stuff on wikileaks.
Your life will still get ruined, but at least that way you actually get the information to the public, who may demand that something be done about it.
Well, in all fairness the founders had no pensions to protect...
