Black votes matter to many politicians more so than black lives. That is why such politicians must try to keep black voters fearful, angry and resentful. Racial harmony would be a political disaster for such politicians. Black Lives Matter is one thing - even that is a cynical criticism of society, insinuating that society does not value black lives. But BLM propagandists reject the slogan All Lives Matter, so it is more like White Lives Dont Matter. But even that doesnt plumb the depths of the cynicism of the slogan - because the BLM propagandists dont care about the numerous black lives lost to black crime, so some black lives dont matter either.
So the bottom line of the BLM propagandists is actually that the only lives which matter are the lives of black criminals.
What could suit BLM sloganeers better, therefore, than to "Defund the Police?

Good to see these comments from Thomas Sowell.
We all remember how Sowell was among the Gang of 22 Never Trumpers who hated Trump with a passion.
I wonder. Has he ever changed his opinion of Trump? Curious.

Im getting ready to re-read Black Rednecks and White Liberals. While I was searching Amazon for his book on Marxism, I found one called The Einstein Syndrome that he wrote because his son was a late talker. My grandson is a tiny bit behind in talking but hes a smart kid he follows directions and can point to letters of the alphabet correctly when you ask him. Anyway, Sowell is a fascinating man and a national treasure.
