Micah Isaiah Rhodes of Portland’s Resistance was arrested in 2014 and in 2015 for sexually abusing a minor girl and minor boy. During his trials, the county Sheriff revealed that Rhodes had an inappropriate history with minors dating to his youth. At 14, Rhodes was caught sexually abusing a 9-year-old boy, and at 15, Rhodes was caught with three much younger boys.
Despite his history, Rhodes was spared all prison time as the judge claimed Rhodes was “trying to change.” The judges ordered five years of probation for Rhodes with a long list of conditions, including that he was forbidden from being around children without the prior permission of his probation officer. Rhodes, 24, was ordered to stay away from anyone under 18 years old after he was convicted this year on three counts of second-degree sexual abuse for having illicit sexual contact with a 17-year-old girl in Washington County and a 17-year-old boy in Multnomah County. The sexual abuse occurred in 2014 and 2015, and Rhodes was 20 and 21 years old at the time. Last Wednesday, Rhodes was arrested and brought to the Multnomah County Detention Center on accusations that he had been in the presence of children. On Thursday, he was transferred to Washington County Jail, where he remains.
He’s scheduled to appear before Wipper on Wednesday. If the judge finds that he violated the terms of his probation, she could choose from a wide range of punishment — running from a verbal reprimand to revoking his probation and sending him to prison for two or more years.

The video appears to be taken after Rhodes was sentenced in May in Washington County but before he was sentenced earlier this month in Multnomah County. At Rhodes’ sentencing hearing in Multnomah County, he said he was committed to following court orders.
“I have atoned for what I’ve done,” Rhodes said. “I’ve acknowledged that I made mistakes. I reported them myself.”
The USA is not the only country whose main organized Antifa group has had trouble with pedophilia in its ranks.

If this scumbag was in a conservative group he would have been punished by its members. The judge in this case sounds like a pedophile just like Rhodes. These clowns in black robes don’t deserve immunity from the stupid decisions they hand down. Maybe they would think twice before releasing scumbags like Rhodes.
