In particular, do you know just *which* Nimrod is responsible for arbitrarily redefining HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE as 120/80? That used to be "perfectly normal..."

Big pharma is my guess.

I really don’t like any prescription drugs. My cholesterol was higher than it should have been, did some research, and stopped eating wheat, added steak and eggs and butter to my diet. Within 6 weeks, my LDL had dropped to normal and I feel like a million bucks.

Read “Wheat Belly” by William Davis, MD. Plan works for me and for another Freeper I talked to . Plus I lost 20 pounds; he lost far more than that.
