My dear friend's daughter was just crowned Miss Puerto Rico last month and she'll be participating in the Miss Universe Pageant in December. All we know is that the pageant is in December - we don't know the date nor the location. Some say it'll be in Las Vegas or South Korea.
This is a total lack of planning and organization. When Trump was head of the Miss Universe Organization, a few Puerto Ricans won the crown under his watch, so we got to know him well in the beauty pageant world because he came down to the island with our queens to partake in parades, TV shows, etc.
The organization under Trump was impeccable - we knew things in advance and were able to plan accordingly. Right now, we're trying to coordinate our trip (to Vegas, hopefully) to support Madison Anderson, and we don't know squat. Under Trump, the date was known a year in advance and hotels/flights were booked accordingly. This is an example of how things work and run better under Donald Trump!
Maybe the island is in bad shape and nobody wants to go there.
Even to see Queens.

Thanks. I figure that many people do not know this. Trump was head of the Miss Universe Organization for 20 years — and none of these women (except for that Venezuelan fat idiot, Miss Universe 1996, Alicia Machado) have anything bad to say about Trump. They all loved him!

Good luck to Madison. This has got to be an exciting event to be a part of. Whether she wins or not, most girls never get a chance to experience the pageant from the inside.
There are probably all kinds of fees to be paid as well.
Beauty is a part of it, of course, but so are personal traits like poise, self discipline and articulation. That sort of skill set can help anybody in pursuit of their goals.
