It seems fitting to say the internet is the cabal's version of a Pandora's box. The public at large probably no longer questions whether something like a deep state is hiding major secrets from billions of normal people. The only questions have to do with what are the details. On Field McConnell's Abel Danger channel, Juan O. Savin brings fascinating details to this discussion.
Starting at minute 8:19, he begins to discuss the significance of Donald Trump's involvement in the Obama birth certificate narrative, the role of the director of the Hawaii Department of Public Health and the apparently staged plane crash.
At 43:46 Field McConnell gives some of his thoughts on being a U.S. Marine.

Deep state government employees probably live in close proximity to patriots who do not approve of them. The deep state better watch their steps to avoid triggering the freedom preserving actions that would eliminate their existence.

In the title “crosshairs” may have been figurative. In real life the left has killed over 100 million of “US”. They are becoming more aggressive. If we do not fight back we will be part of the next 100 million.
