In an unbelievable travesty of justice, US District Judge Bernard Friedman dismissed a federal case against defendants charged with FGM and released them, saying that the 22 year old statute against Female Genital Mutilation is unconstitutional. Thirty other nations have outlawed the practice, but the judge says it has to be left up to the states.
Several Michigan doctors faced federal charges after subjecting about 100 under-aged girls to the barbaric practice of a Muslim sect. Two mothers were also charged under the statute. Judge Friedman released them, saying that Congress overstepped its bounds in creating the law in the first place.

These young girls are having it forced on them. On the other hand, people are making kids think it’s cool to change their gender, so they ask for it, and get it. Both are wrong. Maybe this judge was thinking ahead, didn’t want to make it against the law to mutilate a child’s bodybuilder any circumstances.
What happens when the girl turns 18 and sues the parents and the doctor for mutilating her? Maybe sue the fool judge, too.
How about trimming the judge down an inch or two and see how he likes it. Do it with a rusty old razor blade or a dirty knife or a jagged piece of glass, to make it authentic. No anesthesia either. And then let’s see how he feels about FGM.

He despises women and wants them to have their clitoris removed. The guy is a female abuser. Also, it is likely that he is a nitwit.
Rather than attacking the Reagan appointed judge, we should be thanking him for having the courage to follow the constitution even though the the result is unpopular.
