Let's face it. Black politics post-Obama has black leftists in uproar. They don't consider black conservatives like Clarence Thomas, Jim Brown, Candace Owens, Colin Noir, Boyd Rutherford, Jeanean Hampton etc. as real black people because they are not liberals. Black conservatives don't matter to them.
That's why John James (MI) is not in the news. He's not "a true brotha". Barack Obama is no longer relevant nationally and black leftists need momentum. LeBron and Kaepernick can't save the Left. Do you really think Stacey Abrams and Andrew Gillum can win in the fall?

That was because establishment 'pubs let the false narrative about Roy Moore stand. In the two races mentioned, perhaps establishment 'pubs will behave better, since the dem is so extreme.

Remember the Macaca comment by Senate candidate in Virginia George Allen? The GOP favorite eventually lost the race because he could not keep from being “funny”.
And also that Moore basically phoned in the later part of his campaign (going away to the football game over the last weekend before the vote) and the interview with the teenage girl near the end really did not give a very good optic. Plus, he had never performed particularly well at state level races, IIRC.

DeSantis should respond by saying: "Although you can call me a lot of things, the one thing you must never say I am is a 'Democrat'; simply a code word for 'racist'"!
Getting out the vote is the big thing. Might as well drive people to polling stations. And take people like senior citizens to early vote or on voting day to the polling station. We need everyone we can get in every state.
