I'm getting so sick and tired of the MSM trying to promote a racial divide when there really isn't in the real world.

I play senior softball with a number of black guys and we're all just players interacting with one another. One of them is my best friend JJ and whichever team I end up on, he comes with me.

Exactly. This is a story about a couple of neighbors trying to help out another neighbor by capturing their runaway dog. Unfortunately it didn't end well - maybe the dog owners fault for how he/she raised/trained the dog, maybe the good neighbors' fault for how they approached it, maybe just fate...

The main thing it illustrates to me is that being armed gives you options and tools to help when a "normal" situation turns serious.

The world would be a much better place if everyone thought like this. This young man was focused on saving a woman who had a baby in the house, not on black and white or other political issues. He very well may have saved her life and made her and her baby's future much better. And, of course, the point of the article is right on target -- guns are very useful if used responsibly. If this young man didn't have a gun, he would have gotten injured trying to help her because he'd have to physically get between her and the dog.
