No matter how good a man is sent to Washington, if he spends long enough there he is going to be either corrupted or blackmailed.

Holding out with hope beyond hope, but Navarro is as liberal a judge as you will find in the states and Sessions is appealing the only competent/legitemate decision she has made in these cases?

"I doubt Sessions had anything to do with this. He cannot have his finger in every case in the Justice Department. He *should* have probably figured out how to monitor and control these cases, but he seems to have not.

Big giant BS. In high profile cases such as this, he is briefed on a regular basis, unless he'd rather just take another nap to avoid the briefings. It is his decision whether to move forward or not.

He is Pres. Trump's main mistake. Sessions is a p*ssy who is all about his so-called neutrality for his legacy. I used to think he was playing rope-a-dope with Mueller, but now I think he's just a dope.

I think that should be the case, as you do. Does Sessions think so? I have no idea that he is briefed daily on the case. If you have such information, please share it.

At this point if the attorney general wants to oftenas this he needs to do some things to make up for the agencies “Bad Behavior”. Like pay legal fees connected with the case. Yes, “all” legal fees. Also if there is one more mistake everyone involved with this case including Sessions should resign without pension.

I have no idea if he's brief on a "daily" basis, however high profile cases that involve Constitutional law, he would be briefed enough. That is, unless he's like Eric Holder who actually skipped briefings.

Some times, I think we need a new Amendment that all top level Fedgov officials spend some time as middle or upper management in the civilian sector. That's why Pres. Trump is doing so well. So many of these politicians have little clue what their job entails. I'd bet that only 2 in 7 actually read the statutes that numerate their duties.

Did Trump NOT get rid of all the US Attorneys when he took office and appoint new ones? If he didn’t, he should have. Clinton got rid of all of them without a murmur. GWB got rid of a half dozen and had everyone down his throat.

I agree with you. I have withheld criticism of him, believing that he was working on some complicated cases (Hillary - Obama, etc.). Now, seeing this, I am thoroughly disgusted.

Countless times Q said to ‘Trust Sessions’. What’s up with that? The trusting is giving way to bewilderment and anger.
