The US Attorney's office in Las Vegas now headed by Jeff Sessions appointed Dayle Elieson and the prosecution team in the Bunkerville Standoff case led by Steven Myhre, praised for his work in 2017 by Sessions, have filed notice they intend to appeal dismissal of charges against key defendants in the case.

(The judge) ordered all evidence to be released and it was in the end, massive amounts of information including details of federal SWAT teams and snipers deployed around Bundy Ranch in the days before the standoff.
A statement on behalf of Cliven Bundy was released by judicial activist Larry Klayman that said in part:
“My friend and client Cliven Bundy is confident that the Ninth Circuit will affirm Judge Navarro’s dismissal. It was based on gross prosecutorial misconduct by the Office of US Attorney in Las Vegas as well as lying and deceit by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Bureau of Land Management.....”
NO. More than enough of Jeff Sedition’s lack of actions and over reactions.
So if the Keebler Elf loses at the 9th Circuit Court level, will he appeal to the US Supreme Court, to continue his persecution of a Nevada rancher?
I would not put that past him, I would not.
Donald Trump wants to move forward while these Republican politicians turned cabinet officers want to beat the dead horses or cattle in this case, the feds killed Bundy cattle from what I understand, and look backwards.
I have never been more wrong about a politician than l was about Sessions a dep State snake the core. What is amazing is he fooled everyone. He barely made it through confirmation. I dont think one Rat voted for him yet he turned out to be the best friend they ever had.
I can’t wait til that piece of garbage wants to retire back to Alabama.
Hope he gets the Benedict Arnold Treatment.
This is what Sessions decides to wake up from his nap to address. Sheesh. Time for a Presidential Pardon and an AG to look for a new job.
I doubt Sessions had anything to do with this.
He cannot have his finger in every case in the Justice Department.
He *should* have probably figured out how to monitor and control these cases, but he seems to have not.
Likely, he has been told that if he “interferes” in cases, he will be accused of being “partisan”.
Yep. Just make a donation to the Clinton Family Foundation and all will be forgiven.
I wish I could say I was being sarcastic.
What cases does he have a finger on?
As far as I can tell, Sessions has zero control of his justice department.
But you're right. There's probably some Obama-appointed underling who is still allowed to show up to work each morning, is butthurt over the Bundys and has decided to re-open the case.
How can Sessions get any worse as AG?
He will be accused of whatever they can accuse him with that will screw up the agenda.
It is what they do, facts be damned.
It is not about right and wrong, but power, and wo wields it.
Mr. Sessions is in way over his head.
Countless times Q said to ‘Trust Sessions’. What’s up with that? The trusting is giving way to bewilderment and anger.
These three prosecutors should’ve been FIRED after their misbehavior was revealed. It’s time for Trump to fire Sessions for his very apparent inability to reign these people in properly.
I once held Jeff Sessions in high esteem. In fact, he was a key reason that I voted for Trump. I liked that Sessions would have input to Trumps judicial selections. But since he’s had the AG job I have come to despise him. He is just a clueless, feckless, incompetent, spineless waste of oxygen. By far, Trump’s worst appointment.
A. G. Sessions: The Worst Mistake Ever Made by a President of the USA
President Trump should sign a full pardon of the Bundys then call Sessions into the Oval Office, and with all the cameras rolling, roll up the pardon, and whap the little elf repeatedly on the head with it as though the AG is a dog who pooped on the carpet.
What? Yet another way to spin one’s wheels and not go anywhere. One word: Stupid!
