I doubt Sessions had anything to do with this.
He cannot have his finger in every case in the Justice Department.
He *should* have probably figured out how to monitor and control these cases, but he seems to have not.
Likely, he has been told that if he “interferes” in cases, he will be accused of being “partisan”.
What cases does he have a finger on?
As far as I can tell, Sessions has zero control of his justice department.
But you're right. There's probably some Obama-appointed underling who is still allowed to show up to work each morning, is butthurt over the Bundys and has decided to re-open the case.
He will be accused of whatever they can accuse him with that will screw up the agenda.
It is what they do, facts be damned.
It is not about right and wrong, but power, and wo wields it.
Mr. Sessions is in way over his head.
Big giant BS. In high profile cases such as this, he is briefed on a regular basis, unless he'd rather just take another nap to avoid the briefings. It is his decision whether to move forward or not.
He is Pres. Trump's main mistake. Sessions is a p*ssy who is all about his so-called neutrality for his legacy. I used to think he was playing rope-a-dope with Mueller, but now I think he's just a dope.
