In February 2016, President Obama nominated Staci Michelle Yandle to be a judge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
In July 2018, Yandle ruled that an immigrant named Iyman Faris could keep his U.S. citizenship.
However, Yandle’s ruling was in violation of federal law. Federal law required Faris to be deported because he was an al-Qaida terrorist, he had plotted to destroy the Brooklyn Bridge, and he had lied on his immigration application.
Faris had travelled to Afghanistan, where he had been introduced to Osama bin Laden.
Like the 9-11 terrorists, Faris had come to the U.S. on a student visa, but never actually enrolled in school. Despite this, Judge Yandle falsely claimed that Faris had not deliberately lied on his immigration application.
ABC News reported that Faris had
“admitted he was an al Qaeda sleeper – a terrorist lying in wait for instructions”
and that he
“had access to airports and was licensed to haul flammable, poisonous chemicals”
Someone wake up napping Sleepy Sessions.
This judge must be made unemployed at the very least. Then investigated for her terrorist ties.
This is the type of actions by judges that need to be stopped if America is to survive. Judgements contradicting our laws and jeopardizing our safety need to be dealt with swiftly.
There is a lot of hyperbole in this blogpost. This was not a final ruling, just a ruling on a government motion.

The gist of the order is- “you need to provide more evidence.”
While this individual is a grade A scumbag and, in a more civilized world, would have already been hung by the neck until dead. Stripping citizenship of someone should require overwhelming evidence and a trial.
Additionally, as this is an Obama appointee, the government lawyers should have anticipated that this judge will make their job hard and prepared accordingly.

What the Hell does Sessions have to do with this? Did he nominate her? He voted against her confirmation.

The House of Representatives has 435 members anyone of which can draft a Bill of Impeachment on this Judge.
I’ll bet you a paycheck none of the 435 has the nads to do it.

The only thing Sessions is in a position to do about a judge is to have DOJ lawyers appeal her ruling. She has, essentially a lifetime appointment barring her retirement or impeachment/conviction by the House and Senate and there is no way the latter is going to happen.
What a “great” judge! This loser should be impeached and removed.

When you are appointed by an ineligible usurper who should never have been allowed to usurp the office, why should federal law matter?
The Constitution didn’t.
There were very good reasons for the founders to exclude the children of foreign nationals from being President with the natural born citizen requirement.

Why is NOMINEE in the title of the thread when this judge is obviously on the bench...how about “obozo appointed and confirmed judge?” And just when or how did this terrorist become a U. S. citizen?
