The Democrat started with a large lead and it was whittled away all evening. The last places to report were Republican leaning.

Bigger story is that the Dem ran as a pro-Trump candidate, and anti-Pelosi.

Bigger story is that we now have lost 40 elections in 14 months. Two elections (at least) should have been easy to win....Alabama and PA 18. I don’t care if Lamb ran as a moderate Democrat. When you win an election by 20 percent, there is not excuse at all for the loss. Anyone who still thinks we will keep the House in November is completely delusional.

Duplicity, pure and simple.

The problem is that independent voters fell for it. Once in office the Dem will conform quickly.

"the Dem ran as a pro-Trump candidate, and anti-Pelosi."

Lamb was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Politics 101 says, when you have undecided voters, appear as ideologically close to your opponent as possible. Then pick one issue that makes you superior and focus on that.
