It is no accident that, of those 17 original GOP candidates, Donald Trump was the only one who was not a captive to a huge staff of professional talking-points monkeys and campaign advisers. It is no accident that, when those 17 candidates were arrayed on a debate stage and started answering questions from biased moderators, Donald Trump’s answers stood out like a sore thumb. Yes, those answers sometimes made even me cringe, but one thing was obvious about them: While all the others were reciting memorized talking points that had been written by others, Donald Trump was telling America what he really believes. This simple reality, more than all other factors combined, is why Donald Trump is President today.

Maybe he’ll retweet it - the media would go apoplectic if he did. :)

I wish I knew whether Savanna really believes what she says or is following her bosses’ instructions.

The woman who said children would get a lump of coal for Christmas should have been told that lump of coal was probably dug by a miner in West Virginia, Ohio or Pen

Does it matter?

“Does it matter?”

Only in that I’m curious how many media voices say what they believe versus what they’re told to say.

If the females allow themselves to be sexually abused in order to advance their careers, certainly they can say what they’re told to say for the sake of their careers.

West Virginia, Ohio or Pen
“Pennsylvania" has a lot of sylables to it, and I remember reading that it is the only state (well, “Commonwealth”) in the Union whose natives refer to it in conversation by its standardized postal abbreviation - “PA."

I know but my iPad is acting up and the keyboard freezes from time to time. I wanted to finish that post with the fact that the coal was being produced by the people the Dems shoved into poverty by regulating their jobs and companies out of business.

           Schadenfreude

      My country ‘tis of thee,
      Progressive misery;
      here’s to their tears!

      Meanwhile in flyover,
      home of Deplorables,
      life is endurable,
for at least 3 more years.

Trump has the retaliatory punch of Nixon,
the loquaciousness of Reagan,
the steel spine of Eisenhower,
and a practical vision never before seen in the White House.
