This should be one of the biggest scandals dominating the headlines, but it is being almost totally ignored by the mainstream media, and by a lot of alternative news sites, as well.

Can’t even imagine the scrutiny this case would have if it involved Trump instead of Obama.

I admire his work and have followed him for most of the year, but lately he seems to have gone off the reservation at least IMHO. Influencing public opinion through his reporting and elevating inconvenient details to the attention of other journalists is great and something he can do effectively. Much of what we know about the Awan Spy Ring is a direct result of his efforts.

But taking this legal tact seems to be ill advised, since he’s going to be dependent on the same swamp who allow this situation to be created and to continue to now wake up and drain itself. And just on procedural grounds, the system is biased against citizen involvement, and they hold all the cards when it comes to what is allowed and what isn’t.
