The President cannot get the increased border security funding he wants without votes from Democrats, 98% of whom dont give a damn about border security. Democrats do give a damn about filling our country with as many third world immigrants as they can, because they view them as future Democrat voters, but they cant enshrine this 800,000 strong bloc of future DACA voters without votes from Republicans and support from the White House.
They know that DACA provisions do not give the Dreamers citizenship or voting rights, but they do allow them to become permanent U.S. residents who can find ways to vote illegally, as happens in Democrat-controlled areas all over the country. Its pathetic, its un-American, but this is how Democrat minds work.
GOP congressional leadership, meanwhile, doesnt really give a damn about increased border funding either, though they have to pretend to be in order to stave off 2018 primary challengers. But they do want DACA extended, because the Chamber of Commerce wants as many cheap workers as they can get into this country. Theyll whine loudly about whatever deal is made, just as they did with the deal on budget/debt ceiling/hurricane funding, but then theyll go out and pass it in a matter of days.
Establishment Republicans thus get the best of all sides in any such deal, as they get the policy preferences they want but are absolved of all responsibility for them.
They get to go back to their districts in 2018 and say, Well, you know, I didnt like that deal, but (*sigh*), well, the President agreed to it, so I had to just go along, and hope their sucker constituents will fall for the BS again, just as theyve fallen for it over the previous three election cycles.

No, you can post your blog junk right here in full.
This isn't your hit farm.
“They get to go back to their districts in 2018 and say, Well, you know, I didnt like that deal, but (*sigh*), well, the President agreed to it, so I had to just go along, and hope their sucker constituents will fall for the BS again, just as theyve fallen for it over the previous three election cycles.”
Smart Conservatives will primary these idiots because the Establishment has absolutely nothing to run on. They cannot run on taxes, immigration, Obamacare, nothing. They shot their proverbial wads and now are relying on, “well, at least we aren’t Democrats” which is the most ironic statement of the year.
But they do want DACA extended, because the Chamber of Commerce wants as many cheap workers as they can get into this country.
I’ll say! We live in a brand new subdivision where new houses are going up all the time... MOST of the men building these homes are illegals from Mexico, speak almost zero English. They do a great job but the building company pays them almost nothing. When we remodeled our old house in 2007-08, before we sold it and moved, we paid over $15K to have the interior painted. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, living, dining, utility room, breakfast room, family room. They painted all the interior walls, ceiling, doors, and trim. Much like painting interior of a new house. These guys get painted about $1K per house. Difference? Our old house was painted by American citizens. These are all illegals, except electrical and cabinets, those jobs are still mainly English speaking Americans. The clearing of lots, slab, framing, sheet rock, painting, roof, etc here are all done by illegals. They do a great job, but are paid peanuts. So our tax dollars subsidize them.
Let me help.

Todays Campaign Update
(Because The Campaign Never Ends)
What time do Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi arrive? A group of professional clowns will be holding a rally tonight outside a New York City movie theater where the film It is currently showing. The clowns claim the movie is killing their clown business, with a spokesman for the group claiming he and his partner have had six cancellations in the last couple of weeks because of the film. No word on who will be manning the anchor desks at CNN, ABC, CBS and NBC while the clown rally is happening.
Deal? Or no Deal? Speaking of Pelosi and Schumer, they had dinner with President Trump last night, and the discussion obviously centered around what to do about all those poor DACA children (average age, 26) and border security. Obviously, discussion over a compromise took place, but given the conflicting statements issued by the Democrats and the White House following the dinner, the essential elements of said discussion are very much in dispute.
The Democrats issued a statement indicating that a final deal had been cut that would provide additional funding for border security measures excluding the building of a border wall in exchange for enshrinement of the DACA provisions contained in Barack Obamas illegal executive order into law. The Democrats promised to get to work on legislative language which they no doubt already have drafted, lets be honest posthaste. Done deal, right?
Not so fast, my friend! Well, not according to White House spokesman Marc Short, who said the Democrats statement was knock me over with a feather! misleading. While DACA and border security were both discussed, excluding the wall was certainly not agreed to, Short said, no deal on DACA or border wall $$ was reached tonight. So once again, the Democrats got caught spiking the ball before they made it to the endzone, kind of like any random running back for the Cleveland Browns.
Its Twitter time! For his part, the President naturally waited until 5:00 a.m. to chime in on Twitter about the matter, stating in part, No deal was made last night on DACA. Massive border security would have to be agreed to in exchange for consent. Would be subject to vote. Ok, so, what was that all about, anyway?
Well, what it was all about is that this is the obvious general deal to be struck on these two interrelated matters.
But they do want DACA extended, because the Chamber of Commerce wants as many cheap workers as they can get into this country, so theyre perfectly happy to let the President work out a deal with the Democrats. Theyll whine loudly about whatever deal is made, just as they did with the President/Pelosi/Schumer deal on budget/debt ceiling/hurricane funding, but then theyll go out and pass it in a matter of days, again just as they did with the previous deal.
Its pathetic, its un-American, but this is how establishment Republican minds work.
So, what last nights conflicting messages amount to is a preview of the DACA/border security deal to come. All that really remains to be worked out is to find a way for the President to agree to the deal while saving face on the border wall, which the Democrats will never agree to fund, and which GOP congressional leadership has no real intention of seeking.
Again, its pathetic, its un-American, but this is how Washington DC works.
Just another day in this is how it all works America.
That is all.

To the Chamber of Commerce, I would tell them this:
The USA already has millions of people who can do cheap labor. They are called welfare recipients.
So why do we need ever more cheap labor when we already have so much of this here at home?
This isn't your hit farm.
Not only that, his website is blocked by many firewalls (imagine that), so I can't even click on his site if I wanted to!
Be nice if someone posted the blog junk here...
I don’t know who appointed you FR hall monitor, but perhaps somebody needs to tell you that your dreary, repetitive daily tantrums don’t exactly show you in your best light. They are boring. And they don’t appear to be productive.
If you insist on taking on the role of the anti-click farm vigilante, why don’t you just go to the author’s site, copy the text and paste it here in its entirety? OK, so it will give the author one click, but it will deprive him of all the other clicks he is now getting. So a one click investment doesn’t seem like too high a price to pay.
That way everyone who has interest in this writer’s opinions will be able to read his stuff for free without giving him any clicks.
And BTW, I generally like this author’s columns, and click on his site whenever he posts them here.
That's nice.
The demodummies don’t need the “DACA kids” to physically cast their votes, all they need is their names on a list. Those kids will vote if they know it or not, it’s a done deal.
Petty and counter productive to the Conservative Cause.
How is this guy’s full content “counter productive to the Conservative Cause”?
3. $7.5 billion dollars are spent each year on Medicaid for illegal aliens.
4. $12 billion dollars are spent each year on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they still cannot speak a word of English!
5. $27 billion dollars are spent each year for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.

8. $190 billion dollars are spent each year on illegal aliens for welfare & social services by the American taxpayers.
9. $200 billion dollars per year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.
10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that’s two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in t he US.
11. During the year 2005, there were 8 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our southern border with as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from other terrorist countries. Over 10,000 of those were middle-eastern terrorists. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin, crack, guns, and marijuana crossed into the U.S. from the southern border.
12. The National Policy Institute, estimates that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion, or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.

14. The dark side of illegal immigration: Nearly one million sex crimes are committed by illegal immigrants in the United States!
Total cost a whopping $538.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR !
Bumblegummer stinks up FR.
Full content, partial content, I don't care as long as we're more united and powerful as a political force! Reserve your vitriol for the left.
So this means Trump has hit a brick wall? He can refuse to sign DACA, but the Senate won’t give him a border wall?
So some bum wakes up in a ditch, drags his pee-stained
carcass to the library and writes a blog post.
It's all equally good no matter where it comes
from so long as you agree with it? Really?
