>>one out of every ten ‘dreamers’ are members of a criminal gang.<<

You’re too generous. I bet 10 out of 10 put Mexico before the USA and would gladly wave their crappy flag from their homes and businesses.

No. Won’t work. You need a constitutional amendment to end birthright citizenship since the SCOTUS fools have ruled on it.

REALITY CHECK The Mexican government is encouraging their peons to flood the US to get on the gravy train.....so Mexico can get their filthy hands on the wire-transfers flooding back to their country.

========================================

ITEM---In an affidavit to a Texas court, a Mexican govt official asserted the Mexican govt's official policy is to urge its citizens to migrate to the US and to get on the US gravy train (b/c of the billions in remittances Mexican citizens here send back home).

ITEM---AP has obtained a copy of a Trump presidential draft order that calls for the removal of any legal immigrant who relies on certain kinds of public welfare benefits.....and would also focus the government's efforts on blocking immigrants who are likely to become reliant on government benefits. This signals the cracking down on immigrants in the U.S. illegally, but also some living in our country legally.

Mexico doesn't like that. “Mexican Official Threatens To Combat President Trump By “Unleashing Drug Cartels”

ACT NOW---Domestic and international laws could very well have been breached. Mexico's dangerous and harmful threats could impact US trade, state economies, and interstate and international commerce.

DACA is over. Its a done deal. If the House and Senate pass an amnesty bill for the DACA Dreamers it is sure to be vetoed by Trump. You can bet there won’t be enough votes in either the House or the Senate to override such a veto. This also smokes out the Congresscritters or Senator scumbags who fall in with the amnesty pushing crowd so they can be primaried out. Trump wins again! Still winning!

According to the govt of Mexico, illegals on US soil are, in fact, Mexican citizens, encouraged by Mexico to ride the US gravy train. The billions in remittance Mexicans collect here (under multiple identities) are sent back to the federales has a lot to do w/ that.

==============================================

AFFIDAVIT BY THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO
IN A SWORN AFFIDAVIT TO A TEXAS COURT, MEXICO SWORE
THAT MEXICANS ON US SOIL ARE MEXICAN CITIZENS.

A sworn affidavit by Mexico's Consul General to a Texas court asserts that Mexico/s official govt policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access our generous welfare system

The Mexican consul's sworn testimony asserts: "My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals, and, that the main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to Mexican nationals abroad."

A footnote states that Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent. IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain parents Mexican nationality.

==========================================

Ergo, illegals have two governments looking after their interests.....our govt subsidizing them, and the Mexican govt making sure they collect.

Its time the US govt look after the interests of American citizens.

There is no such thing as “executive action”. DACA is a Obama BS.

Prediction: if they keep DACA as part of a deal to scrap birthright citizenship, some judge will rule that the second part is unconstitutional. Never make deals with Leftists — they will take what you offer, but figure out a way to not have to deliver on their end.

Just now listening to Fox and Friends. This “Dreamer” BS proves that large segments of the nation has lost the ability to reason.

Romanticize, glorify illegal behavior with the title “Dreamer” and half the country can’t see through their tears.

I am waiting for someone to give me a pass to violate the law. Maybe next time I get a traffic ticket I will tell the judge that I am a Dreamer. Will he tear up?

Get rid of both. Birthright citizenship was never intended to create an invasion.

800,000.... 800,000!!!! That is how many people have taken advantage of our nation under DACA. That is not a humanitarian crisis, that is an invasion. They lost me on the immigration thing...you lose me on new and interesting and you have lost the PR war. They need to go back where their illegal parents came from repel the invasion! RESIST DACA!

Birthright change ultimately requires a wording change in the 14th amendment.

With the new factories that have opened in Mexico why are Mexicans still illegally coming here? Welfare plain and simple. The American entitlements are so good they never need to work.

They also never need to assimilate. They can keep their language, their flag and “press 2 for Spanish” and still keep all the entitlements paid for by American taxpayers.

Exactly on target!

This sounds very familiar. It's a lot like the old "Let's raise taxes now and then we'll cut 10 times that amount of spending in five years!"
Yeah...right. That's the ticket!

How broadly do you remove birthright citizenship. Do you extend the ban to the children of resident aliens? What about those who are here legally on visas?
