Let me be so indelicate as to suggest that the issue is common sense simple -- where you pee ought to be determined by what you pee with. Period. This nonsense about self-identifying as a woman so a man can use the same restroom as someone else’s daughter is just that -- nonsense. Just as it is nonsense about the Almighty putting you in the wrong body. You might be confused, but God is not. Male and female He created them and I’m quite sure He knew the difference.
So it was welcome news that President Trump has revoked the Obama administration's “guidance” to educational institutions that requiring bathroom use based on birth gender and genitalia constitutes sex discrimination:
The Trump administration revoked an Obama-era mandate compelling public schools nationwide to permit restroom and locker room access on the basis of gender identity -- a move that could have significant ramifications for a case before the Supreme Court concerning transgender rights.The Departments of Education and Justice issued a joint guidance Wednesday evening rolling back the order. The two-page “Dear Colleague Letter” said the Obama administration had failed to substantiate the claim that Title IX’s prohibition on “sex” discrimination in education also applies to gender identity.
“In these circumstances, the Department of Education and the Department of Justice have decided to withdraw and rescind the above-referenced guidance documents in order to further and more completely consider the legal issues involved,” the order reads. “The Departments thus will not rely on the views expressed within them.”
The guidance also said the federal government must recognize “the primary role of the States and local school districts in establishing education policy.”

But as long as the absolutely massive, rule-making, leftist, social-engineering nanny state exists - all fed by massive Government debt- in entities like the Department of Education, the “civil rights” office of every single US bureaucracy, etc..., then the entire apparatus remains to push, non-stop, the multi-decade long progressive agenda.

This transgender crap is mental illness. Why do we act like its not? These poor lost souls need to be treated and cured. Shock treatments absolutely work and have worked for decades.

We don’t treat Anorexics by coddling them — why do we coddle these people? This should be treated as the mental ailment it is.
And look where these people end up sexually. If they want to have sex with the same gender they were born with and now feel opposite to, they are gay. If they want to have sex with people of the sex they identify with, they are gay.
But many of these people claim they are not gay (like bruce jenner). They put themselves in a bind they cannot escape. And they could/should be treated to fix the underlying problem.
If schools, stores, and so forth want to build a third bathroom for men pretending to be women, let them. But women should be protected by law from men going into their bathrooms.
What % of the population is Transgender or CLAIMS to be?
That should settle the issue as that % will never warrant changing any rule or law Period
Yep what can we say about crazy policies such as this?
Even pre schoolers know that boys and girls are different.
Its amazing how bureaucrats and attorneys who have been to law school don’t understand some simple concepts.

The good news is that ordinary Americans have begun the process of taking America back since November 8, 2016.

I know a woman who has a grown daughter. The woman believes her daughter was molested (maybe even raped) by a family friend, when the daughter was pre-teen. The mother was never able to get her daughter to talk to her about it, but she strongly believes it. The daughter spent her teenage years in intense therapy for major depression. Even spending some in-clinic time.
But here’s the amazing thing... this woman, this mother, who has personally agonized for at least a decade over the possibility her daughter was molested by an adult male when she was a girl child, and who has cried for at least a decade for the mental state of her daughter (which she ascribes to that molestation [never proven])... this same woman goes absolutely BALLISTIC on the subject of transgender bathrooms and is ready to burn down the country because grown men playing dress-up aren’t allowed to “use the bathroom of their choice”.
I don’t know her well enough... nor do I want to put myself in the way of her warpath wrath... to tell her how utterly disconnected from reality she is, and how utterly f*ing stupid she is. But she is. And it blows my mind.
It’s hard to beleive, isn’t it? Can you imagine what our grandparents would think if they had any idea this is what we’d be worrying about in 2017?

With the formal diagnosis by the psychiatric pros for transgender mental illness plenty of evidence that these sick individuals suffering this mental disability use the handicapped/disabled restrooms only.

The left will soon simulate massive demonstrations by LGBT’s to protest this and brand Trump as homophobe.
The purpose of all this crap is to destroy traditional norms of right and wrong, with the ultimate goal being the destruction of Christianity and Judaism.
