The democrat party is old. Really old. As he headed out the door, Harry Reid remarked that in 2020 the democrat party would be an old folks home:
It depends on whos running. It appears were going to have an old folks home. Weve got [Elizabeth] Warren; shell be 71. Biden will be 78. Bernie [Sanders] will be 79.Old. Unfortunately, the graying of the democrat party is really starting to become painfully obvious. Dementia is insidious. It creeps up on you surreptitiously. It began showing up a few years ago when democrat Hank Johnson (D) expressed a concern about Guam:
democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren (D) believes she is part American Indian
Nancy Pelosi (D) thinks George Bush is still President
hillary clinton (D) wants to do away with men
And Maxine Waters (D) wants Donald Trump impeached because Vladimir Putin is invading Korea.

Their ideas are even older and more decrepit.
I think that dementia is physically obvious- two persons that I knew with advanced terminal dementia both had those exaggerated hollow caverns above their eyelids, as does pelosi, that I think is caused by brain matter receding. You can even see it in the picture above.
I like the term Dinos. Not DINO, as in Democrat In Name Only, because they really are democrats. Dinos, as in dinosaur, because they are.
Is there a condition that describes "permanently pissed off"?
Not DINO, as in Democrat In Name Only, because they really are democrats.
Most of the democrats of 1960 (including JFK) would spit on them.
The age of Democrat politicians is symptomatic of their absolute lust for power. They refuse to give up their positions even if they have to be wheeled into position.
Some may call that (being permanently pissed off) the Rosie O’Donnell midlife syndrome.
In Hank Johnson’s case, I don’t think it was dementia at all. To me, he has the IQ of a moron and the knowledge level of a four-year-old.
Don’t forget Brother John Conyers, in fighting trim at age 88!
In spite of their aging problem, Democrats pledged to pull together and fiercely oppose President Bush.
There is, of course, the Urban And Corrupt movement, typified by such creatures as Cuomo, Emmanuel, and McAuliffe, none of whom are even slightly in touch with the demographics that cost Hillary her turn at the head of the trough. The Dems have bet the boat on identity politics and divisiveness, and their message has devolved to "we hate your country and we hate your guts, but vote for us anyway." Best of luck with that one.
Perhaps congress should pass a law that says any elected federal official can have their mental competence challenged up to twice a year if they meet certain criteria, including but not limited to advanced age, making bizarre comments (like Guam tipping), conflating/confusing disparate events (Putin invading Korea), and others.
Not sure who would administer the tests, but it would probably have to be a panel of licensed mental health practitioners that aren’t all beholden to one political ideology.
I don’t have a proposed remedy for if the elected official fails their competency test. Various options could be on the table, including suspension or removal requiring a special election for their replacement.
Don’t be surprised if they decide to run Alec Baldwin or some other moonbat celebrity in 2020.
Oh, yeah. I heard Al Franken's name proposed seriously, which sent shudders of loathing through my aging corpus. They're learning all the wrong lessons from the Trump accession. One look at the Dem convention slate full of geriatric baby-food slurpers, all white, all old, all rich - contrasted with a Republican stage so crowded they had to consider shifts at the debates, will tell you all you need to know about the relative health of the two parties' benches.
That's the future of the RAT party.
