The operative word here is resource-based. With that as a guideline you can justify anything with statistics and fuzzy math. Eugenics? No problem. Euthanasia = another solution to pre-planned food shortages. Freedom? Overrated and no longer desirable with our Technocracy overlords. As we get closer to these goals one must think back into history of when this last occurred. That would be Babylon with a certain tower. We will face a global disaster (a real one) and this global power will takeover. This will be a trigger for events of the last days spoke of in revelation.
