Federal agencies are rushing out a final volley of executive actions in the last two months of Barack Obamas presidency, despite warnings from Republicans in Congress and the reality that Donald Trump will have the power to erase much of their handiwork after Jan. 20.
Regulations on commodities speculation, air pollution from the oil industry, doctors Medicare drug payments and high-skilled immigrant workers are among the rules moving through the pipeline as Obamas administration grasps at one last chance to cement his legacy. So are regulations tightening states oversight of online colleges and protecting funding for Planned Parenthood.

These regulations don’t have the force of law as they are not enacted by Congress and can be overturned by another regulation change or an executive order.
Nothing there to see, move along. We have been living with this phenomenon for some time. My only hope is that Trump will nullify and void EVERTHING that odumbo has put in place since coming on board. (If only he could and/or will)
When the MSM are reporting, for instance,the rich getting richer, they will cite one, two or ten trashed EO’s as the cause.
