I believe that the deadlines for recount have past in WI and PA not totally sure.

Has everyone forgotten Hillary has conceded? It is too late to call for recount.

And, the states certify the election not the Federal government.

The only winner here is Jill Stein who will raise $5-10 million and pull a Bernie Sanders and go shopping for a summer home. The only thing that is happening is that Hillary supporters are being fleeced out of millions and the recounts will not happen.

Wi recount proceeding - every chance it may not make the deadline for certifying - last recount took one month. WI has never recounted a Presidential election.

Jill needs the cash because, as the Democrats increasingly become the party of large city ghetto with the need for a stereotype candidate at the top of the ticket in order to win elections, the party leadership has to decide if they bail or throw the special interests out.

This country is still 70%+ White, and now that the Dems have lost the White vote in MI, PA, WI, etc. , they can't survive on the very blue states to carry elections anymore.

Until all the states report official results; the results
on election night are tentative (usually pretty accurate)
but some changes can occur,especially in a very close election.
