Well...well...Ms.Hillary Clinton is so sure of POTUS victory, she is no longer combating Donald J. Trump. But...she now proclaims her remaining time until Election Day, November 8th...will be spent, campaigning hard for the Democrat down ticket candidates in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, etc. Actually, it's a pretty "cute" move and tactic. However...there is not one iota of truth in her words. As usual, Clinton lies...all the time!!!
Ms. Clinton is fighting for her political life in these battleground states...make no mistake about it. She is in full panic mode and is using surrogates in the fight for her political survival. Surrogates are nice icing on the cake, but...believe me they bring few voters to the polls. If Ms. Clinton cannot win this gig on her own...she should not become our POTUS, IMHO!!!
Have you seen any downballot democrats campaigning with her? The fact that she is toxic and her negatives are sky high may have something to do with it.
Bottom line is that the polls are all over the place and she is not sure that she is ahead. PA is a defensive play for her. She is worried.

IMO, her real visage is TWO Horns, a bifurcated tongue and a spiked tail and an anus spewing out evil scat everywhere. I am hard pressed to imagine down-ballot coat tails from that.
Trump should pounce on this big time. I glanced thru a Chicago Tribune article dealing with this but did not catch the states you mentioned, but yeah cute trick, NOT.
In Virginia Beach on Saturday e had Scott Taylor, running for Congress in VA's Second District, as well as Frank Wagner and Chuck Smith who are running for Governor and Attorney General next year. There's no Senate race in VA this year.
This is not surprising. Hillary wants dem control of congress.

The electors are selected by the political parties. Each party selects a slate of electors in each state.
