The lawyer’s talking point that the deceased wasn’t the vehicle’s registered owner is such a stupidly irrelevant comment I don’t understand how some people manage to pass the bar exam. Our cops are living in Groundhog Day: The cop doesn’t know what’s up, but the person does. And the person does something stupid to end up dead, and the crisis actors blame the cop, in this case, for not having long-distance mind-meld powers like Spock to know who was driving what vehicle - as if it would have changed one second of the deceased’s response to being pulled over.
That’s it. Police should not be allowed under any circumsntances to shoot a black man. /s

All we see and hear is “POLICE SHOOTING OF A BLACK MAN” not the OBVIOUS reason, police shooting of a black man for resisting arrest, trying to take his gun, shooting at police, the shooting of a policeman, the murder of a wife storekeeper or other person or persons all we see and hear is “POLICE SHOOTING OF A BLACK MAN” The media needs to be held responsible for the outcome of thier reporting, like a person yelling fire in a crowded theater.
