Waveland MS ?
Are there any blacks there ?
Maybe Bay St Loiuis
Waveland was completely destroyed by Katrina which made land fall there with a 22 ft wall of water .

It’s a small beach town that is 80 % white .

This sounds like a hoax

Sorry Katrina landed with a 26 foot wall of water .
Unreal.
The town is literally just street after street of empty slaps .
Camille made land fall there too .

Wave land is 86 % white and the town never came back after Katrina .

I live nearby, and yes, there are plenty of blacks there.
Bay St. Louis is one street away and there are plenty there too. The percentages on wiki don’t seem correct, but it doesn’t take many to cause major problems.

Camille went in at Pass Christian. Katrina, I believe went in around Pearlington on the east branch of the Pearl River near the Stennis NASA site. In any case, New Orleans dodged a bullet both times. Had either of them moved 30-40 miles west there would be no NOLA today. But, let’s not argue. LOL! Anyone that has never dealt with hurricanes just don’t know. Now, back to the cops. How big can the Waveland (which does go north and past Hwy 90) PD be anyway.

I would be more likely to suspect agitators from Louisiana coming over and making problems. In nearby Bama, there was a demonstration in Mobile last night, and there were rumors of plans to shut down the tunnel. Instead, the protesters marched and aired their grievances and ended with prayer. Then they went home. It is difficult to agitate successfully in communities where black, white, Latino, Asian have strong faith in God. That is not to say there aren’t bad apples that attempt to cause problems.

Well, most of the time the cops are in their vehicles or at the station house. This tactic of phoning/messaging in threats ensures plenty of targets wandering the streets.

Waveland, Mississippi is not on the Mississippi. It's a gulf coast town that was completely wiped out by Katrina after sustaining a direct hit. Here is a story from 1 year ago about Waveland, Mississippi.

Bay St Louis side has a big issue .
My wife's family had a very nice old summer home in Pass Christian .

It took major hits both times .
But poor Waveland.

Wave land is 6000 people now and the Empty lots with just slaps is very sad.
Pass Christian has bounced back nicely .

Wave land was on the most destructive NE corner of Katrina .
My wife brother recalls the homes with the door marking stating a body was found inside in Waveland .
