Well,
Now that we've had our FBI directory roll over and say "Can I please keep my pension", we have to look at what has happened.
Basically, Clinton's biggest defense is "I was too incompetent to be guilty" of the crimes alleged. There's clear evidence she did a lot of things, illegal, wicked and dangerous. But, because she was too stupid to know that she was doing wrong, she isn't guilty.
And THAT is who the Democrats want to be the next President of the United States. If she wins, the great experiment of America is over.
Years ago, Benjamin Franklin was quoted as answering a question about what had been created in the Constitutional Convention, "A Republic, if you can keep it". (Often misquoted as "A Democracy, Madam, if you can keep it".) Allowing a Secretary of State to blatantly break the law without prosecution in a way that twists and puts the reputation of all the FBI in question, allowing the misdeeds of the last 7 years and allowing Hillary! to win the election, honestly, put us in a situation where we need to consider that we are desperately no longer capable of "keeping it".
The highest levels of “law enforcement” in this country have been corrupted by the corrupt president in order to assure that a corrupt woman is elected president.
By letting Hillary skate, it’s almost like the gov’t is trying to force civil disobedience, so they can declare martial law and do away totally with our republic..
Except she isn’t “too stupid”, that’s just the narrative we’re supposed to believe.
We have a criminal government and today they have gone all in. No matter how people vote, this government cannot afford to have anyone other than Hillary Clinton as the next president.
We are in very serious trouble
The American Experiment may be over but the American Spirit will never die.
Here's what I think happened: the emails implicate the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Foundation itself is shown to be a giant money-laundering / intel-selling / resource-selling set-up, to the point that it's Treason, and the Clinton Foundation also implicates many high-level politicians and bureaucrats. This explains everything — they (the FBI) too timid to try to pursue this because it would literally result in hundreds (or thousands) of cases against high-level bureaucrats and politicians. Given that this year the Senate openly committed Treason, one must ask this question:
Imagine that: a ring of corruption and Treason so large that it encompasses a significant portion of the federal government's leadership.
How far does the corruption and Treason go if they're willing to do this in broad daylight?
The intuitive answer there is that it is likely vastly spread, from the burearchy that is the executive branch, to the legislative, and even the judicial branch. — What then is the answer?
Likely it is a lamp-post.
Twist it any way you want. “What difference, at this point, does it make”?
We are done....there is no law any longer.
My tagline abbreviates what Ben Franklin said.
FReeper Cubs Fan has pointed out that 18 USC 793 includes the language gross negligence."
Malicious intent is not required to break the law in Hillary Clintons case
Nice to know that incompetence is a valid defense.
I’ll have to remember that one.
I don’t remember and I’m too incompetent to do any better.
She to careless and stupid to have the nuc codes,so she will have Huma keep them on her Phone.
After witnessing today's performance by the head of the fbi, I would expect Trump to refuse a government security detail until after he is inagurated.
They may very well get their wish. This will not end well.
It all depends on what the meaning of the word “gross” is.
