Thank you, hero dog.

There are those who don’t believe dogs go to Heaven, I don’t believe that is so...
Yes, so painful to lose them.
September 2015.
What a wonderful dog. We have followed her story. Our Golden,
Max (Maxine) is 13 years old and looks just llke Britagne (sp).
We will all be wrecks when her day comes. Our Max has been such a great therapeutic value to my mother-in-law who is
suffering serious short term memory loss.
God Bless you, Britagne.
Screen’s all blurry.
To adopt a wondrful dog is to acquire the certainty of a major bereavement. Nevertheless, I have had four dogs who have passed and presently have two great ones, one a 10 year old Pit/Lab cross and the other a 5 year old Great Dane, assuring me two more bereavements in the not too distant future.
Why did you did that? Those two pictures really got me going.

Hero dog earned Ronald Reagan honorable salute.
Had to be done. I apologize for any resulting worthy emotions.
Dog stories always make me cry.
If there ain’t no dogs in heaven, I ain’t goin.
First me and all my boys and girls will meet at the Rainbow Bridge; then we will have a grand time chasing quail, pheasant, and rabbits, then we will all cross over the Bridge together into heaven.
If were not ALL allowed; we will go back to chasing the birds and rabbits.
We have had four golden retrievers and they such awesome loving companions. One of the goldens that was there at 9/11 came to boats shows we did for years as a reach out, and I was so blessed by how the dog remembered me year to year. Special animals
