Under President Obama, America was placed on the fast track to “fundamental transformation,” which is the process of our national heritage being eliminated, and the removal of every semblance of a traditional social order. It started long before the Obama administration, of course, with the Democratic Party having become a united-front organization of the “oppressed,” from radical feminists to advocates of racial revenge against whites, to special rights for homosexuals, and now, special rights for dozens of sexual preferences and gender classifications, all under the banner of “LGBT” (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transsexuals/transgenders).

For now. But not if Obama or Hillary appoints Scalia’s replacement. If that happens, constitutionality is what the Ds/liberals/progressives/socialists say it is today (which may differ tomorrow and the SC will go with it).

Legally gender is assigned at birth when the medical professionals present testify to the genital arrangement of the new baby and sign their name to the birth document..

I have copies of birth certificates for ancestors back to a 2nd great grandma born in 1841 which clearly state which of the TWO genders God chose to give them...
there are none which state “will decide later”...

Lets have the Sidwell school show us all how it’s done first. Oh, wait, the obama girls’ school is private so they won’t have boys eyeing their nether regions in the locker room.
If gender were “assigned at birth”, the OB-GYN would ask the mother what she wants before the baby emerges from the womb. Instead, the doctor looks at the baby’s genitalia, and tells the mother what the baby IS, in terms of gender. We don’t wait until the baby is old enough to decide. We simply look at the physical evidence and record it on the birth certificate.

I just can’t believe we have to have discussions about bathrooms and locker rooms. I never thought society would devolve to this point. But this is where we are.

Sex is determined at conception. It then becomes a part of one’s genetic makeup, and can not be changed, ever, for any reason.
It’s not gender.
