Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism? For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear your courts, your gendarmes, and your prisons. Rather, it may call upon them for help.

Wake up and smell the socialists, Victor. They stink. What’s your vector?

“If she is not indicted by the Obama administration for violations of federal laws or conspiracy to obstruct justice...”

Then, “O” is an accomplice. He is complicit as well!!

Anyone remember Martha Stewart?

IIRC she served jail time for just one lie to the Feds about an email or something, didn’t she?

If Clinton avoids indictment, it will make a mockery of the Obama Justice Department

You mean the JD that armed Mexican Drug cartels with military grade weaponry, and the CIC that obstructed justice with executive orders?

Yeah, this'll do it.

The FBI is working hard on the investigation. We are understandably impatient. But it will take a great deal of time and effort to build a case for her innocence.

Thanks for starting the thread.

What is sad is that anyone who follows this story can easily see that two things are very likely here, and the combination of them is very bad for this country:

1.) Hillary Clinton is likely going to go scot-free, even though it is obvious she purposely circumvented the very specific security regulations with intent, regulations that have very specific and clear penalties for violation.

2.) Any other person, not Hillary Clinton, would be fired and prosecuted for these exact same violations, and it would not even be a question.

The fact (and it is a fact) that we have “laws” that are applied one way if you are one person, and ignored completely if you are someone else, says that we are no longer a nation of laws.

And this situation of enforcing it here, and not there, is not limited to this situation. Immigration laws, drug laws, any number of laws are approached in this seemingly (but not) arbitrary way.

And Hillary Clinton is a leading candidate for the Presidency.

It is appalling.

If former President George W. Bush were shaking down foreign interests and Wall Street investors to donate to a “Bush Initiative”—while Jeb Bush as secretary of State was massaging U.S. foreign policy on the basis of who gave or did not give to his family’s’ foundation—both Bushes, without a party membership button, would be indicted for racketeering. Certainly, the New York Times would be calling for a special prosecutor.

The end of constitutional America comes not loudly and suddenly with jackboots and brown-shirt thugs, but more insidiously with soft-spoken totalitarians and their “noble” appeals to advancing fairness, diversity, and equality—while identifying as enemies of the people any who commit thought crimes and thus as obstructionists deserve exactly what they get.

It's over. Until we fight the next civil war and re-establish The Constitution.

There isn’t a noble institution or first principle, such as equality before the law, that the Left won’t soil.

If The Beast walks, I’ll never again have the fortitude to sit on a jury and find anyone guilty of anything.

(excerpt) "It gets worse.

Well over 300 sanctuary cities have unilaterally declared that federal laws do not apply within their jurisdictions.

Not just 'sanctuary cities', any two-bit bureaucrats / busybodies get to arbitrarily decide what is 'lawful' in their own tiny little domain, every one is their own totalitarian wannabe.

“If she is not indicted by the Obama administration for violations of federal laws or conspiracy to obstruct justice, in the future it will be almost impossible to prosecute successfully any federal employee for violating government protocols about the handling of classified information.”

And some sill people would think this is accidental...

those claiming she might skate are doing so by claiming she didn’t ‘show intent to do harm’- Btu this is nonsense- She showed intent to break the law- She knew it was illegal to store information related to the government on her home computer, and she knowingly did so anyway- She INTENDED to break the law, knowing full well that doing so would make the information vulnerable- and she did- end of story- Even if she claims ignorance, ignorance is not a defense- and even if she gets away with claiming ignorance,e what does that say about her ability to run?

No way should this woman even be polling as high as she is, yet sadly, many in this country are incapable of knowing right from wrong-
