The Constitution provides no power to rescind a pardon.

No, double jeopardy is prohibition for being tried for the same crime more than once.
What would bar it is that it would make pardons capricious and far, far more subject to political whim... moreover it could be used as a tool for blackmail and extortion if it were like a switch that could be turned off and on.
To my knowledge, no one can stop or rescind a Presidential pardon. Period.
Remember, John Adams said that our form of government was only fit for a moral people. We see, from the actions of generations of pols (whom We the People elected) the other side of that coin.
However, if I were Trump, as soon as my A.G. was sworn in I’d order him to follow up with a CLOSE investigation of every single person pardoned between Election Day and Inauguration Day. Better yet, do this AND announce it publicly - so that none of the miscreants will have the peace of mind of not having to look over their shoulders.
