PARDONS: CAN TRUMP STOP THEM?

Posted on 05/05/2016 1:26:56 PM PDT by DIRTYSECRET

On victory night President-elect Trump should warn: No pardons without his teams approval. Otherwise the Great One will spend the next 4 years with legal issues.I'm talking independent prosecution-no congressional committees where they can scoff at our limberd--ks. The lieutenants past and future need to know that their actions will be accountable.

Dream on. The pardons will be executed before Noon on inauguration day, so the Trump administration will have zero say about them.

Interesting, but can this really happen?

Bill Clinton burned the midnight oil his last night in the White House, and issued many pardons, including the controversial one to Marc Rich. But, legally, can a new president undo the outgoing president’s pardons????

Not sure this can really happen, though it would be nice.

Unless you can somehow specifically prove a president didn’t follow proper legal procedure in issuing pardons, how can you undo them, legally?

But, I share concerns about what Obama will do on his way ou the door.

Pardons are one of the key elements of Baraq’s retirement funding. The one for Hillary should pay off especially well.

“The Clinton Global Initiative is proud to announce a two hundred million dollar donation to the Baraq Hussein Obama Foundation honoring his eight years of devoted service to America”

R U READING THIS RIGHT? I SAY go after the Great One for HIS lawbreaking. Might have to dig deeper but the Lieutenants need to know they are not covered. Media won’t help that much like they did against Kenneth Starr.

Those felons pardoned by the Felon in Chief will undo their own pardon within a few months of their release. They will most certainly commit more of the crimes that landed them in prison in the first place. Unfortunately, that will probably mean some innocents will pay for the pardons with their lives.

Good question. Another good question is, can Obama pardon himself or anybody in his administration for any crimes committed before the day he leaves office?

January 20, 2017, 12:00 noon: President Trump is sworn in as President.

January 20, 2017, 12:10: FBI agents, carrying warrants from President Trump’s Justice Department, arrest Traitorobama and the members of his regime, as well as HilLIARy, on charge of giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

Would be interesting if Trump had any idea of who would be pardoned and for what then with most criminals like Hillary he could have them charged on a plethora of their other crimes.

Actually this is pretty close to the truth—you have the system figured out.

Check out the present donations to the Barack H. Obama Foundation and see who’s paid him off. He got at least a million dollars from a gay rights activist for pushing the gay agenda.

I suspect it’s barred by Double Jeopardy.

Dream on.
_____________

Indeed. Obama would NEVER work with a Republican. Never. If anything, he’ll release more inmates if asked to slow down.

Only thing that will work? Tell Obama, that if he gets reckless (er), Trump will turn O’s legacy to ashes in every possible way.

Maybe this did not occur to you, but on election night Trump will have zero authority to anything until he is sworn in in January...

And by ‘participation’ I mean Trump beating Obama senseless in the oval office until he says “uncle”

No, that would make a pardon completely up to political whims.

But... in order for a presidential pardon to be valid, the president has to be qualified to be able to issue those pardons. IOW, it would be a great way to force the unsealing of the current president's records, and if they show him to be ineligible then we have a lot of housecleaning to do in the judiciary, criminal prosecutions for those who aided the fraud up to and including those members of congress that certified him as president.
