Might be because she had actually made a video of how wonderful the seminars had been....before filing the lawsuit. I would suppose she withdrew to avoid perjury.
Court will adjudicate - under oath and with full evidence from both sides.

We need to weaken the federal government and restore power to the States. I doubt Trump knows anything about the Tenth Amendment and I have never heard him mention it. Trump would expand federal power through autocratic rule.
