Now Senate Democrats want Barrack Obama to pick a Liberal Justice to remake the USSC with the wake of the death of Justice Scailia.
Yet these hypocrites seem to forget they used the filibuster, down right racism to delay and finally deny George w. Bush's nominee Miguel Estrada a seat on the federal bench. Democrats and Leftist Groups labeled Mr. Estrada as "Political Dangerous," because if confirmed they felt that he might ascend to the USSC as the first Hispanic on the high court.
For 28 months Democrats and Leftist Groups used every racist tactic in the book to deny and delay an up or down vote. So ruthless were these tactics that Estrada's Wife miscarried their child and later killed herself, which promoted Estrada to withdrew his nomination to the federal bench.
Why should this racist and a lame duck President remake our courts, when they denied a nomination on pure racism and political dirty tricks, I say turn about is fair play.

The ghosts of Robert Bork and Mrs. Estrada will haunt and sit right next to the Obama nominee whoever it is throughout the hearings.
I remember what the Evil Party did to Estrada, but did not realize that Estrada’s wife had committed suicide. Terrible, but for Democrats just something else to gloat over.

The Dems actions and inactions on Estrada should be even more instructive than what they did to Bork and Justice Thomas. 28 months!!!!!
We only need 11 months unless a Dim is elected President. If that happens, it won’t matter anyway.

Estrada was a friend of Bush’s solicitor general...Ted Cruz.
In fact, Cruz is friends with and supported the one pick Obama has mentioned as who he might appoint. Srikanth “Sri” Srinivasan.

Right now Obama is probably thinking of what he will use to bribe the GOP into approving his Candidate. I think he will offer a say , two-year tax cut on the wealthy, and a behind the scenes amnesty deal. The GOP will gobble it up, like the good little Traitors they are...
