it appears I misunderstood the article (read In a hurry) I thought the author was making the claim that US political parties calling for the banning of muslims was going to cause more terrorism- and my point, based on my misreading, was that this is nonsense because Saudi Arabia has completely banned muslim refugees, and it’s not ‘causing more terrorism’ in Saudi Arabia-
